Terms and Conditions
By accepting services from us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:
REQUIRED DEPOSIT

A 50% balance deposit is required to reserve your booking. Booking is not finalized until the deposit payment has been received.
Deposits are sent via Zelle, Cashapp, and Apple Pay. If you do not have CashApp, Zelle, or Apple Pay please let us know to discuss other payment methods.
Zelle: Provided after booking.
Cashapp: $zamoitheboy
Apple Pay: Provided after booking.
The remaining balance is due the same day the booking is completed.

PAYMENTS
​
Final payment for bookings are due the day of the services requested. Your payments must be made as soon as your shoot is over. If your payment is not received, your total will increase at the rate of 5% every day that it is late. Payments can be made via Cashapp, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

*Bookings without a 24 hour notice will incur a 50$ per hour surcharge.*

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
​
Cancelations/Rescheduling:
Appointment cancellations and/or reschedule requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled session. If cancelations are made after 48 hours, it is considered a no-show.
​
If a booking needs to be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances such as day-of inclement weather conditions and/or natural disaster, or is cancelled via the photographer up to one session reschedule is allowed.
​
NO-SHOW CLIENTS

No-show clients will forfeit any deposits and/or payments made.
​​
LATE/TARDY POLICY FOR CLIENTS
​
​
If you are 30 minutes late or more to your booking, your booking will automatically be canceled and you will lose your deposit. In order to rebook, you will need to submit a new deposit.

It is your responsibility to communicate where exactly you want us to meet you for your scheduled booking. Simply putting an address with no specific meeting location is not enough. (Ex: Booking at a college campus with no specific location within the campus is not sufficient). It is not our responsibility to look for you after your booking has started.
​​
​
If you are late to your booking, we will not add the time you are late to your session. If you are late, then you have less time to shoot. If you want to add more time to your booking the day of, you will be charged more. We can only add more time, if we are free. It is not a guarantee.
​
REFUND POLICY
​
All payments for completed bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE.
​

HOWARD UNDERGRADUATE RATE
​
In order to make payment easier for current Howard University undergraduate students, we have an undergraduate rate for singular and group photoshoots. If you are a current undergraduate student, when submitting a booking request, please select the undergraduate rate option. Proof of undergraduate status will be required.
​
TURN AROUND TIME
​
​
The current turnaround time for retouched photos is approx 1-2 weeks* after the completed photo session.
​
​
The current turnaround time for stop-motion video is approx 1-2 weeks* after the completed photo session.
​
The current turnaround time for videos is approx. 3 weeks* after completed session.
​​
The current turnaround time for major or multi-event bookings and events is approx. 4-5 weeks.*
If you need any media before the time listed above, we offer a rush service for an additional fee. Please let us know your desired turnaround time to receive the
fee amount.

​
Please do not ask us for an update on your photos and/or videos if the approximate time listed above has not lapsed.
*the approximation is subjective to how busy our schedule is, it is not a guarantee*
